Dreams

Its so amazing when I look at where I am today and realize how far we have come. I think back to the days when Billy and I first met. The life I am living now is the life I dreamed of when I was 15. I always wanted to be Billy's wife and more than anything else I wanted to be a mother. I admired my mother and hoped that one day I could also be a stay at home mom. Its so amazing now to look at my life and to see that every dream of mine has come true. I have everything I have ever wanted! We have our struggles and our life certainley isnt perfect by any means but Billy and I have created this wonderful life and a wonderfu family to love and cherish. I wish I could go back to my 15 year old self and tell that girl that everything she wants will one day come true. I used to dream of these days and wonder what our children would be like and where we would live and now here we are. Its amazing and I feel so blessed everyday to have Billy by my side and to have our children :)

Thankful

I have so many things to be thankful for this year. I am thankful for Billy for loving me and for giving me the best gifts in the world - our children! I am thankful for Isaac, Carson and Madison. I wouldnt be me without my precious children. I am blessed to have an angel in heaven and 2 angels on earth. I am thankful for my parents for their unconditional love and support. I dont know where I would be without them. I am thankful for the specialists at Childrens Hospital for all of the help they have given Carson and I am thankful for Step by Step Academy and all of the staff who help Carson learn everyday. I am thankful for Nikki and Megan who arent only my sisters but my best friends. I am thankful for my health and the health of everyone in my family. I am thankful for Billy's job and for the roof over our heads. I am thankful for God's prescence in my life. I am thankful to be a wife and a mother. I couldnt ask for more, all of my dreams have come true!!!

Thanksgiving 2011

I heart being a MOMMY :)

Its the most WONDERFUL time of the year...

I am really looking forward to the holidays this year! I love thanksgiving and I love Christmas!!! I enjoy our family traditions and love creating memories with the kids. We are bringing the kids to the Wildlights at the Zoo like we do every year and we are also bringing them to the Christmas lights at the lake. Last year Madison was almost 2 months old on Christmas so we werent able to go to the Zoo because it was too cold so this will be her first year. The lights at the lake is a drive thru one so she was there for that. We will bring them to see Santa at the mall and decorate the house as much as we can. I dont think we will put a tree up this year which saddens me but we absolutley have NO room for one. We have really outgrown our condo and we are hoping to buy a bigger house in a few years! I love baking Christmas cookies with the kids so we will definitley be doing that. A friend of mine sent me a gluten free kids cookbook with tons of holiday recipes in it so I am really looking forward to using that! This really is the most wonderful time of year!!!

Its been a long day and I am ready to unwind!!!

Kids are in bed and hubby has the night off so we get to have a date night at home tonight! We are going to watch a movie and pop some popcorn!!! I love spending time with Billy :)

Its November 8th and 73 degrees outside so we decided to bring the kids to the park. They were both full of smiles and had a great time!!!

6 years ago today...

6 years ago today Billy and I were married. I honestly feel like I have the best husband in the world. There is just no one better in my eyes than Billy. He is a great husband and a wonderful father to our children. I feel so lucky everyday to call him my husband. We laugh and have so much fun together. He is amazing and I love him so much!!! We went to dinner tonight and had the best time talking and laughing. I am so blessed to be married to such a wonderful man!!!

Madison is 1!!!

One year ago today at 2:21pm we welcomed Madison Grace into the world and into our hearts. This little girl has brought so much happiness and sunshine to our family. God knew just what He was doing when He sent her to us. She has made our family whole and we are so blessed to have her.
